Joshua was a fierce mountaineer who had basically grown up climbing mountains. He lived in a hilly area, and his father always took him on trips across the hills situated in their region. Eventually, as he grew older, he progressed from climbing hills to climbing mountains. He travelled the world, climbing one mountain after another, and made quite a name for himself in the mountaineering community.
While he was known as a great climber, not many people knew that he was also an esteemed scholar. His experience climbing the hills and eventually mountains awakened something in him. He wanted to write a thesis on the flora and fauna he encountered on various expeditions and compare them with each other.
When he discussed this idea with a mentor, he received nothing but support. After all, Joshua wasn’t just a person who decided to write a thesis comparing the wildlife in mountainous environments; he was a person whose very name was associated with mountains. He made notes every time he climbed a new mountain, and he compiled all of the notes before he could officially begin his study.
However, as time passed, he realized that winter was about to come, and he did not want to miss this opportunity. He decided to go on another adventure just before most mountains become inhospitable and ferocious. He chose a remote mountainous region somewhere in Canada as his new destination.
While climbing, he felt something he hadn’t felt in a long time. He felt a chill run through his entire body. He realized that it might be getting cold, so he decided to take refuge within the crevices of the mountain until the wind died down. As he slipped into one of the slightly larger caves in the mountain, he found a bunch of people already living there as if they were natives.
The people living there had access to modern technology and didn’t really seem out of touch with what’s going on in the world, despite literally living under a rock. Joshua decided to stay and chat with them as they didn’t seem like dangerous people. After a while, Joshua realized why they were living in such a secluded environment.
As it turns out, these people were on the run from academic agencies as they had published several AI-generated articles, papers, and journals. Now the academic community was after them, and they were living in the mountains to stay in hiding. When Joshua revealed that he was also going to write a thesis and he needed help compiling his findings, they offered him a free trial of their research paper AI.
