Course Overview

The course is eight weeks long and related to the broad aspect of diary management, including genetics, nutrition reproduction, animal health economics of farms, and sustainability in production. Each week, four to nine video-based lectures, readings, and multiple-choice quizzes will be included. Through all these, the balance between milk production and the environment will be achieved. A better understanding of the dairy production system and its role in feeding the population will be comprehended.

The course will also elaborate on the dairy enterprises connected with the internationally recognized science specialists who have been delivering highly regarded dairy education to the students. The lectures of the course are also available in translated form in Chinese and Portuguese.
