Course Overview

The course is about efforts to change the way people eat. The main criterion here is choosing healthy food. The course will help you explore the history of the changing environment of food, the science behind the craving for unhealthy food, and, most importantly, learn some concrete strategies that will help you rebuild your food relationship with the people.

Also, the course will help and allow the students to practice eating mindfully and with self-compassion, which is proven to provide strategies for supporting healthier food choices. This will also include customized plans that will protect the relations of food with the people, thereby improving their health as well. All in all, there are four modules in the course.

  • Practice self-compassion with regard to eating behaviors and food choices
  • Observe the unique eating patterns and identify areas of improvement.
  • Rebuild a relationship with food by learning to genuinely love food, which will support health in the long term
  • Devise a customized plan for optimizing eating patterns

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of nutrition and food
  • A computer or laptop with internet connectivity.
  • Learn about techniques for Rebuilding our relationship with food in approximately 8 hours.
